It’s Burak here, and I’ve officially graduated into the exciting world of not knowing where I’ll live next. I did my master’s in Renewable Energy at Uni-Freiburg, and moving to Berlin soon.

What I bring to the table:

Interest in organization: My inner Marie Kondo is strong.
Experience with flat-sharing: Been there, cleaned that, know how to plan and make it work.
Decent balance of work, social life, and hobbies: I’m pretty involved in the electronic music scene here in Freiburg. I DJ and produce in my free time but don’t worry, I have a proper studio at a collective elsewhere, so your WG won’t turn into Berghain overnight.
Passion for cooking and baking: I’m vegetarian and bonus points if your kitchen is already veggie-friendly. Though I can promise you won’t be subjected to tofu fanatism haha. I love sharing, and having dinners together if our schedules match.

I’ve been living here for over two years now, but I originally hail from near Istanbul. In my downtime, I enjoy peaceful moments at home. I’m a person of harmony and my routines keep me going. Therefore, I’m to create a friendly atmosphere in the apartment. Yet, I see conflicts as opportunity. It’s a door to a better collabration and real solutions.
