Wir suchen nach einer Flinta person. Ich bin verreist und suche deshalb nach einer Person, die in meinem Zimmer unterkommen möchte. Ich bin ab dem 29.06. unterwegs und habe immer mal wieder Jobs in Hamburg bis Mitte August. Es wäre es super eine Person für mindestens 2 Wochen oder eine pendele Person zu finden.
Ich wohne mit einer guten Freundin von mir zusammen, die in einer Bar um die Ecke arbeitet und äußerst lieb und lustig ist. Sie ist auch häufig unterwegs auch teilweise mehrere Nächte. Wir haben eine kleine Küche und ein kleine Badezimmer, aber haben alles da und es lässt sich sehr komfortable in den riesigen Zimmern leben. Ich habe auch ein epiano und eine guitarre bei mir stehen.
Im Sommer ist es momentan angenehm kühl in den Zimmern.
Pro Woche würde ich gerne 150€ haben, da meine Miete 600€ mit Nebenkosten ist. Ich bin ansonsten auch bereit eine passende Vereinbarung mit den Kosten und den Zeitraum zu finden.

I am traveling and therefore looking for a person who would like to stay in my room. I am traveling from the 29.06. and have jobs in Hamburg from time to time until mid-August. It would be great to find a person for at least 2 weeks or a commuter.
I live with a good friend of mine who works in a bar around the corner. She is very nice and funny. She is often out and about, sometimes for several nights. We have a small kitchen and a small bathroom, but everything is there and it is very comfortable to live in the huge rooms. I also have an epiano and a guitar.
In the summer it is currently pleasantly cool in the rooms.
I would like to have 150€ per week, as my rent is 600€ with utilities. Otherwise I am also willing to find a suitable agreement with the costs and the period.
