Your room will be the smaller of two. It has a build in Platteau that can be used as a bigger bed. Its also features a build in smaller bed.

The room is already fully furnished and will include everything you need: a matress, desk + chair, 2 shelfs and curtains as well as a rug.

• We are only a few minutes walk away from U Bahn Pankstraße, Osloer Straße and Gesundbrunnen

• right infront of the house we have a Tram station

• there is a Lidl on the other side of the street, a couple Spätis and Gesundbrunnen Center which is about a 10min walk

You will be joining Zina in my flat which is ment as a comfort space. It‘s ment as a safe space and should be taken care of as such.

Cleanliness is a big part of what we are looking for in a new WG partner as well as a sense of making a home a space to relax in.

Zina works fulltime but works from home a every now and then. She loves to cook, go out with friends and has her boyfriend visiting every couple of weeks.

This is not seen as a „Zweck WG“ but there is also no preassure in having to spend time with one another.

We would love to find a kind hearted person who is looking forward to sharing this apartment.

This is a fully furnished apartement that gets rented out by me, Chantal. I am the owner.

The room, as well as the apartment is stocked with anything you need and furniture will not be removed. So this room is perfect if you are looking for a ready to move in place or if you dont have furniture yourself.
