Dear all,
I am looking for a flatmate for my nice shared apartment located next to Schillerkiez in Neukölln. The apartment is fully furnished and has a total size of 100 m2, a balcony and spacious shared kitchen and living area. The flat is in the fourth floor of a new building with a lot of amenities - elevator, proper insulation, floor heating, parquet, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sound-proof windows, bicycle cellar, etc.
The room to rent is 11m2 big (the one with the striped bed linen on the pics), furnished and has its own bathroom. The monthly rent is 550 EUR all inclusive (Wifi, electricity, radio and TV license fee etc.) and the deposit is 1.100 EUR. Anmeldung is possible.
The apartment is close to Schillerkiez in Neukölln located in a quiet, small street, all windows go to courtyards. There are bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby and the Tempelhofer Feld is close! You reach either subway station Boddinstr. (U8) or Rathaus Neukölln (U7) by foot in 5 minutes.
I like to live in company and look for a nice, open-minded person aged 30 or older. Tolerance, political interest, activism and sensitivity for the social and ecological issues of our times are important to me.
My general idea for flat sharing is the standard one - to live together in a relaxed atmosphere and to be open for communication and compromise to accomodate all needs! I am not motivated to share living space by sheer necessity, but would rather like to combine personal space with occasional common activities, e.g. cooking and eating. This is definitely more fun when shared! A certain degree of tidiness is appreciated, too. I am 41 years old, work in international cooperation for climate action, am interested in arts, sing in an indie pop choir and enjoy doing sports. I love spending quality time with my friends.
