Das WG-Zimmer ist ca 26m² groß und wird unmöbiliert vermietet, sodass Du Deine eigenen vier Wände nach Deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst. Die Wohnung selbst ist eine geräumige Altbauwohnung mit hoher Decke und schönen Holzböden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz zum Kochen, Essen und gemütlichen Zusammensitzen. Die Küche ist auch gleichzeitig Wohn- & Esszimmer und es gibt 2 Bäder.

We are looking for a fifth person for our mixed WG, starting from October. First some information about the room:
Our shared room is about 32m² in size and is rented unfurnished, so you can furnish your own four walls to suit your taste. The apartment itself is a bright, spacious apartment in an old building with a high ceiling and beautiful wooden floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for cooking, eating and cozy get-togethers. We have two bathrooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sprengelkiez mit exzellenten Verkehrsverbindungen. Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars und der Park sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Wir sind eine ziemlich gemischte Runde mit verschiedenen Tagesabläufen und Interessen. Gemeinsame Werte teilen wir aber und sind uns auch wichtig. Max ist 30 Jahre alt, gesellig und gerne unterwegs. Er spielt Basketball und fährt gerne mit dem Fahrrad durch die Stadt. Isa 26, macht Kampfsport und ist immer für eine Tasse Tee, ein Gespräch oder gemeinsames Kochen zu begeistern. Johanna, 24, studiert im Master Politikwissenschaften, liest gerne und schaut gerne Trash - TV. Da zwei unserer Mitbewohner*innen ausziehen, suchen wir gerade auch noch für ein anderes Zimmer.

We are a mixed group with different day routines and interests. However, shared values are important to us. Max is 30 years old, sociable and likes to be out and about. He plays basketball and enjoys cycling through the city. Velix, 29 years old, likes to do sports and organizes the irregular Taco Tuesday. Isa 26, does martial arts and is always up for a cup of tea, a chat or cooking together, looking for a fifth person in our colorful mixed flat share. Johanna, 24, is studying for a master's degree in political science, enjoys reading and watching trash TV. Since two of our roommates are moving out, we are currently looking for another room.
We are looking for someone who is as open-minded as we are and likes to participate in shared flat life. We do not see ourselves as a purpose shared flat. Interested?
