Das Zimmer wird befristet ab sofort bis 30.04.2025 vermietet.
Der Mietpreis gilt für den ganzen Monat, für den Dezember nehme ich den Anteil ab dem Einzugsdatum.
Es befinden sich folgende Möbel im Zimmer: Matratze, Kommode, Kleiderstange, kleines Sofa, Schreibtisch & Stuhl.
Wenn irgendwas Wichtiges fehlt kann ich gern bei der Beschaffung helfen, wenn Du Möbel mitbringen willst kriegen wir das auch hin.
Die große Fensterfront zeigt zur Sonnenallee, es kommt also viel Licht rein (kein direktes Sonnenlicht, da Nordseite), die Fenster sind neu und haben Rollläden.
Der S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee (Ringbahn S41/S42) ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Bus (Linie M41), der 24h/Tag unterwegs ist, fährt fast vor der Haustür.
Ansonsten sind Hermannplatz (U8/U7) und Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) auch relativ nah, 10-15min.
Du wirst hier mit mir, Jessie, meiner Schwester Jeani und Kater Karl zusammen leben.
Ich mag ich es innerhalb der WG ein entspanntes freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu pflegen.
Wichtig ist mir, dass die Küche vegan/vegetarisch bleibt, d.h. absolut kein Fleisch zubereitet wird und Milch-/Käseprodukte in verschlossenen Boxen im Kühlschrank gelagert werden.
Rauchen ist überall in der Wohnung erlaubt.
Alles Andere finden wir raus wenn Du zur Besichtigung vorbei kommst.

The room will be rented out from now until 30th of April 2025.
The price is for the full month, for December I'll take less, depending on when you move in.
The room is furnished with a matress, a cabinet, a clothing rack, a small sofa and a desk with a chair.
If something important is missing I'm happy to help find it, if you want to bring your own furniture we can figure that out as well.
The large window front faces Sonnenallee, so there is a lot of light coming in (no direct sunlight, as it is facing the north),
The S-Bahn station Sonnenallee (Ringbahn S41/S42) is about a 7-minute walk away, a bus (line M41), which runs 24 hours a day, runs almost in front of the door.
Otherwise Hermannplatz (U8/U7) and Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) are also relatively close, 10-15min.
You'll be living here with me, Jessie, my sister Jeani and cat Karl.
I like to have a relaxed and friendly relationship with my roommates.
It is important for me that the kitchen remains vegan/vegetarian, meaning that no meat is cooked in the kitchen and milk products are stored in sealed containers in the fridge.
Smoking is allowed in the whole apartment.
