Hi there!
I´m subrenting my room for a few weeks in which I won´t be there. I work as a freelance music teacher and I without much work during summer break, tought sub-renting would be a sensible thing.
The room is very spaceous and has a small balcony where 2 can seat and eat.
I´m personally very plased with the area, quiet and residential, close to the Fshein vollspark. and has 4 trams around the corner that go to Prenz, Washauer, Mitte and Lichtenberg. Ringbahn is about 13 min walk or 1 tram stop.
Very happy as well with the flat: have 2 bathrooms, high cealings and a good equiped kitchen.
My flatmates Lian, Ältair and Jacinthe are all very friendly and chilled.
Regular WG rules are too clean after cooking, taking the trash out if it´s full, no loud noises after 10pm, respecting the spaces... just the regular things
