i am subletting my room in a wg from the 12th of September til the 23rd of September near the S Bahn Schönhauser Allee. It is a quiet international student flat. The price is 200 € for the whole period. I ask for a caution of 100 €. We speak English and German, but as we are all internationals we speak a lot more! The room is huge (18m2), has two balconies (one shared with the kitchen, one shared with one flatmate window but who never goes on the balcony). The bedroom has a sink, a bed + spare mattress, and I will make some space on the clothes cupboard for your stuff. I have plants I would like you to take care of (water once or twice a week approx). If you are interested, please start your message by sharing your favorite music band. The flat is mostly quiet, we can share a drink on the balcony or dinner sometimes but it's very chill, everyone join when they want, no one is forced to anything.
You must be a clean and quiet person, who would be ok with plants :)
