Hey together,
This is an interim rental. I am subletting a fully furnished room from February 18 - March 12 2025, i.e. for a period of three weeks. You will have the appartment for yourself, since I will be travelling.
The hard facts: cozy flat, one bright room, kitchen and bathroom. Great location (Wedding, near Leopoldplatz), top price (750€). There's a balcony.
It is NOT the photograph of the announcement, since I am only moving in by the end of the month. But it does have the same furniture and is even brighter :) There might be missing itims in the kitchen or so, that's why I sublet it so cheap too...I hope that's okay for you :)
But ofc I will make sure that you have the most important things.

The apartment is located in the lovely Malplaquetstraße between the subway station Leopoldplatz, subway station Seestraße and subway station Nauener Straße. Everything you need is within walking distance: countless Spätis, good (cheap) food, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The Schillerpark is also just around the corner. We are well connected, U6, U9 and M13 are reachable in 5 minutes. With the Tram you are in 5 minutes at Osloer Straße (U8).
I enjoy community and communal WG spirit in the house.
Drinking a glass of wine together from time to time or cooking together is just as nice as sometimes just chilling in your room and enjoying your peace and quietness :)
No specific ideas though. Let's see how things go :)
