After some years of traveling we moved few months ago into this apartment which we carefully minimalistic decorated as our home. A lot of hard work, time and money have been invested so far here, that’s why we’re looking for someone who’d appreciate and treat our home as its own.
There is a comfortable 180x200 bed, huge mirror, enough storage for your clothes and a make up/work corner plus plenty of space for whatever you’d like to bring with you.
Our building is only few minutes WALKING to one of the most iconic spots in Berlin: Mauerpark (THE PLACE TO BE for outdoor sport enthusiasts, music lovers and for those passionate about intercultural exchanges)
Right after a walk through the Mauerpark you find the trendy neighborhood Prenzlauer Berg (only 15 min walking) where you’ll find exceptional cuisine, healthy cafes, fancy bars and many vintage&modern stores.
Also only few minutes walking away you’ll find the UBahn Station Voltastr. or Bernauer Str. and S Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen from where you’re super connected!
Mariela, the only person with whom you’re sharing the apartment works in a Kindergarten and is very passionate about Beachvolleyball and Aerial Yoga. She is originally from Peru and speaks German fluently. Mariela is very social, always smiling and sharing her good vibes but also enjoys her peace after long days outside.
You’re gonna be sharing the bathroom & kitchen. It’s very important that you have a sense of cleanliness.
Due to allergy we won’t accept smokers at all.
You’ll get bed sheets (warm and light ones), towels and all furniture and devices will be available for your use.
Important:
- sub leasing only for one person (no smokers)
- we’re gonna have a sub lease contract (extension possible depending on the co-living situation)
- no Anmeldung possible (negotiable in case the sub lease gets extended)
- 600€ all included for a whole month
