I am going to rent out my room in the cool hood Neukölln from the 14.12.24 - 31.03.2025, maybe longer.
The whole apartment is fully furnished and has a living room/coworking space with a beamer & balcony, 3 rooms as well as a big bathroom and a big kitchen, where you can even dance if you feel like. ;)
The rent is 580€ / month. I would ask for a deposit of 100€.

It's located 2 minutes on foot from the metro station Karl-Marx-Straße, just behind the Passage Kino.
The beautiful Körnerpark is also just 8 minutes away.
I live with two friends, Antonia (30, graphic designer) & Josefa (36, sociologist), both lovely and super fun. We like to do things together, party, go to exhibitions or to the park, chat and drink 1,2 or 3 glasses of vino, we do chill and do a lot independently as well though. Harmony, good vibes and respect for each other is very important to us.
