Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderständer, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl sowie vielen Pflanzen 🌿 Es hat ein großes Fenster zum Hinterhof und ist sehr ruhig
Das zweite Zimmer der Wohnung bietet Zugang zu einem gemütlichen Balkon 🙂
Die Küche und das Bad wurden vor Kurzem renoviert und sind in einem top Zustand, genau wie die ganze Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und diverse Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden.
The room is fully furnished, with a bed, a clothes rack, bedside table, desk, desk chair and many lovely plants 🌿 It has a large window facing the backyard and for this reason it is very quiet.
From another room (which is occupied by the second person in the apartment) you can access a cozy balcony 🙂
Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated and are in top condition, just like the whole apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and various kitchen equipment are available.
Die Lage ist optimal, da sich das Zimmer im Bergmannkiez in Berlin-Kreuzberg befindet. Die U-Bahn-Station Gneisenaustr. der U7 ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in 3–4 Minuten Entfernung zu erreichen. Der Bergmannkiez bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte sowie Restaurants. Außerdem befinden sich mit Viktoriapark, Tempelhofer Feld, Landwehrkanal und Hasenheide angesagte Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
The location is optimal, as the room is located in the Bergmannkiez in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The subway station Gneisenaustr. of the U7 is within 1 minute walking distance. Several bus stops can also be reached in 3-4 minutes. The Bergmannkiez offers numerous shopping opportunities, stores as well as restaurants. In addition, with Viktoriapark, Tempelhofer Feld, Landwehrkanal and Hasenheide hip recreational opportunities are nearby.
Grundsätzlich suchen wir keine Zweck-WG, sondern legen Wert auf gegenseitigen Respekt und ein Grundinteresse aneinander. Natürlich benötigt jede ihre Zeit allein und hier finden auch keine regelmäßigen Partys statt. Wir putzen jede Woche abwechselnd die Wohnung und würden uns über eine saubere und ordentliche Person freuen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin, Saskia, bewohnt das zweite Zimmer in der Wohnung und macht gerade ihr Referendariat in einer Grundschule in Potsdam. Sie kocht gerne vegan/ vegetarisch, macht viel Sport und spielt gerne Gesellschaftsspiele 💫 Zudem ist sie auch gerne für Unternehmungen zu haben, vorallem draußen.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich, wegen der kurzen Dauer der Untermiete.
Basically, we are not looking for a purpose shared apartment, but attach importance to mutual respect and a basic interest in each other. Of course, everyone needs their time alone and here are also no regular parties. We take turns in cleaning the apartment every week and would be happy to have a clean and tidy person.
My flatmate, Saskia, lives in the second room in the apartment and is currently doing her traineeship at an elementary school in Potsdam. She likes to cook vegan/vegetarian food, does a lot of sport and enjoys playing board games 💫 And she would be keen to do shared activities outside.
Registration is not possible, due to the short sublet.
