Located in a central yet quiet area, this apartment is perfectly connected by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and trams, with everything nearby. Boxhagenerplatz is just 5 minutes away, S-Bahn/U-Bahn Warschauerstrasse is 10 minutes, and U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor is only 4 minutes away.
Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful view of the building's inner garden.
Your Future Roommate:
You will be sharing the apartment with Nacho, a kind and friendly Spanish roommate. He is a 27-year-old, loving, sensitive, and respectful guy. Nacho is studying humanities, works as a waiter, and plays water polo.
The Room:
The room comes with a 160 cm wide bed, featuring a brand new, super-comfortable mattress. It also includes a TV with Google Chrome, a sofa that can easily be turned into a bed for relaxing movie nights, a desk, and a Vitra chair. There is ample space to store and hang your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking.
About Life in the WG (Shared Flat):
Life in the flat is mostly quiet, as Nacho is often out. You’ll have plenty of time to yourself. This is not a party flat, so it's a peaceful living environment. Women and queer individuals are particularly welcome!
Cleaning and Upkeep:
You will be responsible for light cleaning, which involves vacuuming, wiping the floors, cleaning surfaces, and the toilet. This can be done once a week or every two weeks at most (or you can hire someone to do it). The cleaning is quick and easy – in less than an hour, it will be all done!
