Das Zimmer ist 23 m2 groß und hat zwei große Fenster, es liegt gegenüber der Küche, durch die man direkt auf die Terrasse/Hof kommt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss.
Wir haben direkten Zugang zum begrünten Hof mit Anteil, da es lediglich ein Vorderhaus gibt, ist der Hof nicht umschlossen und wurde von den Bewohnern begrünt. Er ist eine kleine, ruhige Oase inmitten der Großstadt und dank der wenigen und netten Nachbarn gut nutzbar.
Das Zimmer wird ein Kallax Regal und ein kleines Billy Regal enthalten.
The room is 23 m2 and has two large windows, it is opposite the kitchen, through which you have direct access to the terrace/courtyard. The flat is on the ground floor.
We have direct access to the landscaped courtyard with a share, as there is only one front building, the courtyard is not enclosed and has been landscaped by the residents. It is a small, quiet oasis in the middle of the city and is easy to use thanks to the few and friendly neighbours.
The room will contain a Kallax shelf and a small Billy shelf.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe vom Tempelhofer Feld.
Die Lage ist zentral, unweit der U8 - Leinestraße. Die Station U Karl Marx Str sowie S Hermannstr sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Ihr werdet mit mir zusammen leben 👋 Ich bin Julius, 29 Jahre alt, komme aus Berlin und bin berufstätig. Ich bin gerne kreativ tätig und eher eine ruhige, introvertierte Person.
