Great location! One of Berlins mpst popular areas. Close to the Xberg hotspots like Admiralbrücke (3 minutes), Kottbusser Tor (7 minutes) and Maybachufer, transport all night long. Cafes, Bars, market, gym etc. all walking distance.

FLATMATE
I (Krischka) am spending two months abroad. Your flatmate is friendly and creative engineer.
We do like it rather quiet and relaxed at home. No parties or anything like that. The atmosphere should be one of mutual liking, caring and respect.
Housekeeping is important to us, bit of a 'leave no trace' policiy. Right now nnce a week all common rooms are cleaned by a cleaner thus 90 EUR extra for weekly cleaning. If you are reliable we can discuss cleaning yourself every other week.
