We have been living together for many years in a cozy 3,5-room apartment in Berlin Friedenau. The apartment lies between S-/U-Bahnhof Innsbrucker Platz (5-10 minute walk, Ringbahn, U4, busses) and S-Bahnhof Friedenau (5-minute walk, S1).
The rentable room is furnished with a double bed, a shelf, a cupboard, a large sofa and sofa table. It is sunny and spacious. However, it is only suitable for someone who enjoys the sunshine in the morning as we do not provide curtains (the window-niche is too tight).
Smoking is not allowed in the room but in the kitchen, which is where we smoke as well and which is always at your disposal. Other rooms used by everyone are the bathroom and a smaller room in case you need to store something.
We look mainly for women/flinta to join us from November 16th 2024. The end date is still open, minimum stay can be until March 30th.
We are both working full time (project management and gastronomy) and know the city well. We have family members predominantly in Germany, Italy, Sardinia, France and Ireland and speak the languages mentioned in the details.
The main rule is: no parties/groups of people at home.
We usually go to bed early and get up early for work, which means that we look for people who come to Berlin for work/studies and have similar rhythms. Occasionally it can happen that we come home a little later because we were out with friends or because of an evening shift in the restaurant but we know how important it is to have a calm home environment and have been living with flat mates for years. It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and at home.
