nachdem unser Mitbewohner zurück in die Heimat ist vermieten wir sein wunderschönes, großes und ruhiges Zimmer mitten im Prenzlauer Berg unter. Das möblierte Zimmer ist geräumig und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, somit also entsprechend ruhig. Es ist super hell und freundlich und der alte Dielenboden verleiht dem Raum zusätzliche Wärme. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett (+ Matratze), ein großes Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie eine Kommode und ein Nachttisch. Die helle Altbau-Wohnung, insgesamt fast 140qm2 groß, ist überall mit Holzboden ausgestattet, verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, eine Wohnküche, ein geteiltes großes Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine separate Toilette zur Mitbenutzung.

as our roommate went back home we're subletting his beautiful big room in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. The furnished room is quite spacious and facing the courtyard, therefore very quiet. It's very bright and friendly with the old wooden floor giving it a warm and cozy ambience. There is a bed (+ mattress), shelf, desk and chair, as well as a dresser and a bedside table in the room. The large and lovely apartment, altogether almost 140 sqm, is equipped with wooden floors, has a small balcony, a kitchen-living room, a big shared living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub plus an extra toilet for shared use.
Die Wohnung liegt inmitten von guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist hervorragend (Tram, S-Bahn & U-Bahn innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar).
The apartment is located on a quiet side street surrounded by good shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. The connection to public transport is very good (Tram, S-Bahn & U-Bahn about 3 min away).
Du würdest mit mir, 31-jährige Masterstudentin, meiner kleinen Schwester (26) und meinem 9 Jahre alten, ruhigen Hund zusammen wohnen. Meine Schwester arbeitet bei einer Agentur, manchmal vom Office aus, manchmal von zuhause und ist Musikerin, also entsprechend oft im Studio und auf Jams/Gigs etc.. Ich bin ebenfalls recht wenig zuhause, da ich neben dem Studium noch eine Ausbildung zur Hundetrainerin mache und in einer Bar arbeite. In meiner wenigen Freizeit treibe ich in der Regel Sport und/oder bin mit meinem Hund in der Natur. Ich ernähre mich vegan und koche gerne. Ich finde es schön hin und wieder mal bei einem Bier oder einem Gläschen Wein zusammen zu sitzen, ist aber kein Muss :)! Ähnliches gilt für meine Schwester. Wir verstehen uns super und sind eine ziemlich lustige Kombi, würde ich sagen.
You'd live with me, 31-year-old Master's student, my younger sister (26) and my 9-year-old, very calm dog. My sister works for an agency, sometimes from home but often also from the office. She’s a musician and spends a lot of time in studios and on jams/gigs. Just like her I'm also seldom at home as I'm currently, parallel to Uni, completing my training as a dog trainer and work at a bar. In my very little spare time, I usually do some sports and/or spend time in nature. I'm vegan and love to cook accordingly. I enjoy sitting together for a beer or a glass of wine every once in a while, not a must though :)! Roughly the same is true for my sister. We get along very well and are quite a funny combo, I would say.
