The house has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, dining area, terrace, and basement. The total shared living space is approximately 60 m2.
Your private room is about12 m2 which is on the second floor. The room has a big window, receiving sunlight in the morning.
There is another room on the second floor that the other flatmate is living there.
My room is on the third floor and has a toilet but no shower. The shower in the 2nd floor is shared!

The house is just a 7-minute walk from the S-Bahn and an organic food store, and only 12 minutes to Edeka and Kaufland. It is located on a very quiet street and is very close to Humboldt University of Berlin-Adlershof.
Various ethnic grocery shops, restaurants, and bars are located within a reasonable walking distance, typically around 10 to 15 minutes.

I am an IT consultant and typically work from home.
My other flatmate also works in IT, and she has a cat. The cat is a real gentleman, and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with him just like I did! 😊 Please keep this in mind if you have allergies or aren’t comfortable with pets. 😋
We’re both easygoing, and I hope you are too!
