The flat has 4 rooms and a huge living room. Our flatmate Mariana is sadly leaving the flat and leaves one of the smaller rooms free.The other rooms are taken by me and two other girls. You can come and look at the room since i wasnt able to take pictures of it, the picture in the add is from my room. The room will be unfurnished but there is a bed in the house and a matress and also a like a tv table that you can use at the beginning if you dont have furniture.
The area is amazing, full of bars, restaurants and the Gorlitzer Park is 2 minutes walking. Many clubs are also pretty close. U1/U3 is 6 minutes walking from the flat, also the 165/265 Bus. Treptower park and the S-Bahn are also a few stops away with the bus.
The flat belongs to a woman that comes once a month to collect the rent which we pay in cash. We are three girls living in the apartment at the moment: Rebeca (26), Stefania (21) and Claudia (26).
Im just gonna let you know a little bit about me but we are all kind of similar in a way. I work in gastronomie, I like going running, I do pole dance, pilates and yoga and I'm learning how to make my own clothes. I'm at home often lately, reading or drawing but usually in my room, I like to cook and I like to have friends over. I also like to go party time to time.
We want relaxed people to live with, we have a cleaning plan of course but we want things to be easy going and not super strict. For example I clean all the things I used to cook just after cooking, I never leave dishes in the sink or the kitchen dirty, I would like that to be a rule but obviously I would understand if time to time someone didn't had time to clean everything and left it for the next day. Just as an example.
We are searching for a comfortable atmosphere in the flat, like friendly vibes between everyone and communication. We all get well together and there is a really nice vibe in the flat although we dont do so many things together because we are all quite busy, we are open to it but its not necessary.
I didnt put the real address in the description because the landlady didnt want me to. I will give the real address when we schedule a meeting but it is 6 min walking from Schleschiches Tor. Anmeldung is sadly not possible. The move in date is 15 August but could also be 1st September.
