Hey,
da mein jetziger Mitbewohner bald auszieht, suche ich eine/n Nachfolger/in. Gleich als erstes: Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und liegt ruhig in Mitte, direkt in der Nähe des Invalidenparks und am Kanal. 10 Min zum Hauptbahnhof und U6 Schwarzkopfstraße. 5 Min zum Invalidenpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bäcker und Späti sind direkt um die Ecke.
Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Südblick auf den Garten im Hinterhof.
Am wichtigsten ist, dass sich beide im WG-Leben wohlfühlen – unabhängig davon, wie es konkret aussieht. Für mich haben bereits verschiedene Konzepte funktioniert, von eher zweckmäßig bis freundschaftlich. Hauptsache es ist harmonisch. Einfach schauen, was sich ergibt :)
Das Angebot wäre zunächst befristet, damit wir schauen können, ob das Zusammenleben gut funktioniert. Ich hoffe, das ist für dich in Ordnung!
