The room is 15 sqm big, has a big window facing an inner courtyard, and is furnished with a comfortable bed that can be made into a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a table.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom with a washing machine.
There's also a courtyard with space for your bike.

The area is lively and well-connected. There are plenty of public transport options. The closest ones are the Thomas-Mann-Straße tram station, which is 3 minutes away, and the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße, which connects to the lines S41, S42, S8 and S85 is 5 minutes. Alexanderplatz is only 15 minutes with the tram or 10 minutes by bike.

Around the flat, there is a Rewe, Netto, Edeka, Aldi and Lidl. There is also a small mall with a gym inside.
For the lovers of good food, there are plenty of restaurants around and cute cafés on basically every corner. If you want, I can give you some recommendations, of places where I liked to study or have breakfast with friends.

The WG has 2 rooms, a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine, The kitchen is big enough for the two people cooking simultaneously, so you can have chatty dinners with a glass of wine. It also has a dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about the washing up ;) There's also an oven, a microwave, a stand mixer, a toaster and a kettle, so you can be as creative as you want.

There is a sofa on the corridor that can be made into a bed, in case you have visitors.

The flat also has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a dehumidifyier, and central heating system. The rent is 590€ + 15€ for the internet.

I'm going away for a year abroad which is why I'm subletting the room, so the ideal candidate would be somebody doing an exchange year or an Erasmus internship.
