I am renting a room in my apartment for 3 months from December 1st. The room is light and quiet, freshly painted with original floorboards and overlooks the garden. Comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves and desk.

The building is a very well-maintained, bright and quiet Altbau with beautiful private garden and bike storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped, no appliances more than 4 years old and bathroom includes a bathtub.

(Please note there is no communal living room)

Situated between Oranienplatz and Moritzplatz, and just behind Oranienstr. so plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops very close by.
The street itself is very quiet and residential.
Walking distance to Neukölln and Mitte.
Less than 5 minutes to Ubahn station.

I am looking for someone who is very clean, tidy, friendly and easy to get on with but who also wants their own personal space and a relaxed home life.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the building and the flat.

You will also be sharing the flat with a very sweet and chilled dog so only dog lovers please! :)

About me... I am originally from England, female 36 and currently studying interior design whilst working as a restaurant manager. I am very easy to get along with and looking forward to meeting my new flatmate.
