Hello Berlin connoisseurs,

It's sunny autumn, and reason enough to be in the most beautiful city in Germany.

I am subletting a room for 4 nights..
It is fully furnished, and all the furniture can be used. You will feel at home here. In the morning the sun shines lovingly into the room and wakes up the late risers.

Your room has a comfortable sofa bed that can be easily folded out. . If required, I can provide you with a duvet and duvet cover.

The room is practically and cosily furnished. The vintage furniture brings Berlin charm to your room.

The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need to cook. You have your own compartment for food, and we share the super clean large fridge (new!!).
The bathroom has all the features you could wish for: Bathtub, window, large mirror and jungle feeling.

Its one of the most beautiful, quiet and little neighborhoods of Berlin.
Strictly speaking, the flat is already in Lichtenberg, but in 10 minutes you're already in the hustle and bustle of Friedrichshain, a 20-minute walk and you're at Boxhagener Platz.

As far as public transport is concerned, the location is really great. It's 10 minutes to Ostkreuz (Ringbahn, trains, all S-Bahn lines), 10 minutes to the U5 underground line, 5 minutes to tram 21 (Sisyphos!!)...

(english below) Ich bin eine mega entspannte Person, die sowohl einen netten Plausch in der Küche genießt, als auch meine Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer. Meistens bin ich unterwegs, mache Sport, treffe Freunde, oder arbeite in meinem Studio in Friedrichshain. Mir ist ein respektvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung wichtig, aber ich bin keine Putz-Fanatikerin.
Für mich ist die Wohnung Rückzugsort, daher finde ich ständige Besuche von fremden Menschen nicht so cool (natürlich kannst du deinen Besuch empfangen) ...Aber ein gemeinsam organisiertes Barbecue im Hinterhof finde ich super. Alles kann, nichts muss.

I'm a super relaxed person who enjoys a nice chat in the kitchen as well as peace and quiet in my own room. I'm usually out and about, doing sport, meeting friends or working in my studio in Friedrichshain. Treating my flat with respect is important to me, but I'm not a fanatic about cleaning.
For me, the flat is a place of retreat, so I don't think constant visits from strangers are cool (of course you can have visitors) ... But I think a barbecue organised together in the backyard is great. Anything goes, nothing is a must.
