Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 1.07-31.08 in der Rathenower Straße in Berlin unter. Du würdest mit meiner besten Freundin zusammen wohnen, die ein sehr lieber entspannter Mensch ist und Politik/Soziologie studiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ist nah am Hauptbahnhof und es gibt mehrere süße kleine Bars (eine der coolsten direkt gegenüber vom Haus & wir habens einfach noch nie geschafft dort hinzugehen).
Wenn du ein ordentlicher Mensch bist, ein rücksichtsvolles WG Leben gewöhnt bist und Lust auf den Sommer in Berlin hast, melde dich gerne für mehr Infos/Fotos.

Vielleicht noch ein paar Fakten:
- 500 Euro Miete inklusive Nebenkosten/Internet
- das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön (sanierter Altbau), im Innenhof, allerdings im 5. Stock (was man im Alltag in den Beinen spürt)
- Sauberkeit & Ordnung ist uns sehr wichtig
- es gibt einen kleinen Park in der Nähe, wo man gut Sport machen kann
