our cosy 131 qm flat, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg across Leise Park - absolute best location in town, ask ur friends - is looking for a new tenant! As u can see on the pictures the room is sunny, quiet and tastefully furnished. The flat is located in the front house first floor, so easy to reach. The whole flat has big windows and very high stucco ceilings. A real old building flat everyone is looking for nowadays.
The flat has a beautiful kitchen and two bathrooms - very helpful in a girls place. Washing machine of course. In the kitchen u can find everything u need, a fridge, dishwasher (essential in a WG), dishes, basically everything u need.
Here is space for a lovely woman who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat.
The rent is all inclusive (furnished, service charges, heating, sustainable electricity, internet etc.)
The best thing about it is that the room has a private balcony.
We also have a room available from April for 650€.
We also have a room with a normal bed available from first of June. The rent is €690.
Anmeldung/ Registration is of course possible.
The flat is located across Leise Park in the absolute center of Prenzlauer Berg right between Kollwitzplatz and Bötzowviertel. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei, Kollwitzplatz, Volkspark Friedrichshain etc. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network. 3 stops by M2 and u are on Alexanderplatz. By foot or two stop in the other direction with M4 u find the Ringbahn. 20 min with M10 and u are at Berlin central station. M10 20 min in the other direction u are in the middle of Friedrichshain/ Warschauerstr. were u can find the best clubs in town.

Bellisima is a 29-year-old Mexican-American from Los Angeles, CA. She is an English educator and has a deep passion for music, particularly metal, hard rock, and reggaeton. She's very new in Berlin and looking forward to exploring it and meeting new people.
Bozhana is 21 years old from Bulgaria, she will be a first-year student at a university in Berlin. In her free time she likes to hang out with her friends, listening to music and have a chill night at home. As she is big music enthusiast she decided to turn her hobby into her future career which brought her to Berlin. She is new in the city and would like to explore it more.
Lin is a 29-year-old Chinese currently working in finance. She enjoys the cozy and friendly atmosphere of the flat. In her free time, Lin loves going to the gym and staying active, exploring Berlin’s café scene, and occasionally traveling to new places. She also enjoys meeting new people and making new friends, creating a lively and social home environment.
Alisa is 21 years old, originally from Ukraine, has been living in Germany for 2 years already and is now moving to Berlin to start an internship in a startup. In her free time she loves travelling and exploring the city while also hanging with friends over a coffee or a drink : )
We wanna find a respectful inspiring woman that can also have a laugh. Please understand that we are looking for girls only. Preferably working or serious student as then a similar lifestyle is given. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people.
