- Large shared kitchen with plenty of space for cooking at the same time with others.
- One small bathroom and a big bathroom (featuring a whirlpool and a shower)

- The flat is 5 minute walking distance from U Kaiserin-Augusta Straße (U6 line) and 13 minute walking distance from S+U Tempelhof (Ring line and also U6).
- It is located in a quiet side street surrounded by two parks.
- A wide range of supermarkets available in the vicinity (Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl).
- Two malls in walking distance (GALERIA Berlin Tempelhof, Tempelhofer Hafen)

- We are three university students, one of us from Switzerland, one of us from Berlin, and one of us from Turkey.
- We have a communal kitchen where we sometimes sit and have a coffee and chat.
- Two of us are vegetarians and one of us is vegan, but this is not a hard requirement for the flat.
- We sometimes have guests over, but also like to have the flat as a place to wind down.
- We like to keep the flat clean, but we are not crazy about it.
