Das zu vermietende Zimmer innerhalb eines Altbaus ist am Ende unseres Flures gelegen. Es ist 15 qm groß und mit einem beigem Cord Teppich ausgelegt. Das Zimmer liegt auf der Nordseite, wie die ganze Wohnung, ist aber relativ hell. Das Zimmer hat ein mittelgroßes Bett (mit neuer Matratze)und eine Kommode, die Ihr gerne mitbenutzen dürft. Dank neuer Fenster bleiben die Zimmer in der kalten Jahreszeit mit nur geringem Aufwand warm.

The room for rent in an old building is located at the end of our hallway. It is 15 square meters in size and covered with a beige corduroy carpet. The room is on the north side, like the whole apartment, but is relatively bright. The room has a medium-sized bed (With new mattress) and a chest of drawers, which you are welcome to use. Thanks to new windows, the rooms stay warm in the cold season with little effort.

Die Altbau- Wohnung liegt im 3 Obergeschoss und ist trotz Ihrer Nord-Lage eine freundlich helle und vor allem ruhige Wohnung. Die Dielen tragen zudem zu einem sehr wohligen Raumklima bei.
Für extra Stauraum haben wir im Flur einen separaten Bereich, in dem Stauraum vorhanden ist. Die Küche wie auch das Bad, werden zurzeit von mir renoviert und ausgestattet.

The old building apartment is on the 3rd floor and, despite its north-facing location, is a friendly, bright and above all quiet apartment. The floorboards also contribute to a very pleasant room climate.
For extra storage space, we have a separate area in the hallway where storage space is available. The kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated and fitted out by me.
