The apartment is in a perfect location in Berlin, just 5 minutes from Tempelhofer Feld and the S/U Hermannstraße station. The popular Schillerkiez is just a 10-minute walk away. Everything you need is nearby: a shopping center with Rewe and Netto, numerous bars, pizzerias, snack bars, and kebab shops. The area offers excellent public transport connections, and there are many hairdressers and convenience stores ("Spätis") in the vicinity. Here, you can fully enjoy the vibrant life of Berlin!
Während deiner Mietzeit wird dein Mitbewohner Leon sein. Leon ist Mitte 20, ein entspannter und lustiger Typ, der BWL studiert.
Das Zusammenleben mit ihm ist geprägt von einer lockeren und freundlichen Atmosphäre. Gemeinsam Lachen, tiefgründige Gespräche und normale Unterhaltungen, sei es im Flur oder im eigenen Zimmer, gehören zum Alltag. Ihr könnt zusammen feiern gehen und Berlin entdecken und erleben.

During your rental period, your roommate will be Leon. Leon is in his mid-20s, a relaxed and decent guy studying economics. Living with him is characterized by a laid-back and friendly atmosphere. Shared laughter, deep conversations, and casual chats, whether in the hallway or in your own room, are part of daily life. You can go out partying together and explore and experience Berlin.
At the same time, privacy is highly respected, so you'll always have time for yourself. Agreements are reliably kept, and when it comes to cleanliness, you can simply coordinate as needed. This creates a harmonious and pleasant living environment.
