I am an early twenties musician returning home to the USA for a month and am looking for someone to stay in my room for that time. The room is quite large and there is a lovely piano in the room for you to play if interested, as well as a few plants, which I would appreciate you watering. There is a nice bathroom and kitchen as well.

I am looking for someone to stay in the room who is conscientious and kind, and who will respect this space for the month they stay here.

The flat is located at the top of Schöneberg, less than a five minute walk from both Yorkstraße s-bahn stations, as well as the U2. It is right near Park am Gleisdreieck and a 15 minute walk from Viktoria Park :)

My flatmate is an older German man named Gabor, who is often not in the flat, but is very kind and keeps to himself. So you'll be mostly on your own in the flat during your time here.
