Die Wohnung ist wirklich großartig und hat eine wunderschöne Küche, zwei Bäder, einen Balkon und zwei fantastische Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß Zimmer und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon, wo man nachmittags wunderschönes Sonnenlicht genießen kann. Ahh und hab ich das Klavier erwähnt? ✨
Auch wenn euch die Daten nicht genau passen – ich bin mit Start/End-Datum etwas flexibel :)

I am looking for a nice person to take over my room for this timeframe as I'm away traveling :)
The apartment is really great (both in terms of size and awesomeness) and has a beautiful kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony and two fantastic flatmates. The room is very large and has direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunlight in the afternoons. Ahh and did I mention the piano? ✨
Even if the dates don't suit you exactly - I'm a bit flexible with start/end dates :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain, direkt am U-Bahnhof Samariterstraße (U5). Jemand hat mal gesagt, man „fällt direkt in die U-Bahn rein”, und das finde ich ganz akkurat.
In nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Boxhagener Platz, S+U Frankfurter Allee mit Ringbahn und U Frankfurter Tor. Von hier bringen U-Bahn und Tram einen sofort zu den spannendsten und schönsten Orten Berlins. Mit dem Fahrrad kannst du den Radius deiner schnell erreichbaren Orte enorm erweitern – innerhalb von 10 bis 20 Minuten bist du praktisch überall.
Wir haben Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Biocompany, Denns, diverse Restaurants und noch viel, viel mehr direkt in Laufweite. Die Wohnung schaut zum Innenhof, es ist also angenehm ruhig.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, right next to the Samariterstraße subway station (U5). Someone once said that you "fall right into the U-Bahn", and I think that's quite accurate.
It's only a five-minute walk to Boxhagener Platz, S+U Frankfurter Allee with Ringbahn and U Frankfurter Tor. From here, the subway and tram take you straight to the most exciting and beautiful places in Berlin. By bike, you can extend your radius of easily accessible places enormously - you can be practically anywhere within 10 to 20 minutes.
We have Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Biocompany, Denns, various restaurants and much, much more within walking distance. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it's pleasantly quiet.
Wir suchen eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Person, die während dieser Zeit auf das Zimmer aufpasst und sich in das WG-Leben integriert. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und nehmen viel aufeinander Rücksicht. Wir freuen uns auf viel Kontakt und eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit :)
