Gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Sommer

Unsere Wohnung ist etwa 5 Gehminuten von zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt, die S-Bahn mit Anschluss an die S1 ist in ungefähr 8 Min. erreichbar. Von da aus kommt man easy in einem Rutsch nach Schöneberg und Mitte. Und in die andere Richtung ist man in wenigen Minuten am Schlachtensee mit super Badestelle bzw. am Wannsee nach ein paar Minuten mehr.

Einen Edeka und einen Aldi gibts in der Nähe. Außerdem einen tollen Bäcker und eine suuper Pizzeria wo man sehr schön draußen sitzen kann :-)

Our flat is about a 5-minute walk from two bus stops, and the S-Bahn with connection to the S1 is about 8 minutes away. From there you can easily get to Schöneberg and Mitte in one go. And in the other direction, it's just a few minutes to Schlachtensee, which has a great swimming area, or a few minutes more to Wannsee.

There is an Edeka and an Aldi supermarket nearby. There is also a great bakery and a super pizzeria where you can sit outside nicely :-)

Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Annika, 25, sein. Sie ist eine sehr gute Freundin von mir, studiert Politikwissenschaften im Master und spielt in ihrer Freizeit Fußball, trifft sich auf ein Bierchen im Späti, fährt an den See etc. :-)

Ihr Zimmer führt auf den Balkon, der aber trotzdem auch von dir natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. Wenn ihre Zimmertür mal verschlossen sein sollte, was selten vorkommt, führt auch eine kleine Kletteraktion durch unser Küchenfenster dorthin.

Your flatmate will be Annika, 25. She's a very good friend of mine, is studying for a Master's degree in political science and plays football in her free time, meets up for a beer in a Späti, goes to the lake, etc. :-)

Her room leads onto the balcony, which you can of course also use. If the door to her room is locked, which rarely happens, you can climb through our kitchen window to get there.

Mit dem Ein- und Asuzugsdatum bin ich relativ flexibel. Wir würden uns einfach über eine Person freuen, die Kommunikation genauso wichtig findet wie wir und ein ganz unkompliziertes Zusammenleben ermöglicht :-) ansonsten sind wir offen für alles und ich freue mich einfach, wenn mir jemand die Miete abnimmt lol.

Gerne lasse ich dir auch mein Fahrrad für die Zeit da.

I am relatively flexible with the move-in and move-out dates. We would simply be happy to have someone who finds communication just as important as we do and enables us to live together in an uncomplicated way :-) Otherwise, we are open to everything and I am just happy if someone takes the rent off my hands lol.

I would also be happy to leave you my bike for the time being.
