Hello,
Mein Zimmer ist klein aber fein und hat süße 10qm. Im Vertrag sind ein Bett in dem Zimmer enthalten und eine Komode. (Wir haben aber auch einen kleinen Keller falls die Komode nicht gefällt:))
Miete warm ist 545€
Die Wg ist perfekt an der Bernauerstr gelegen. Man hat alle Öpnv Möglichkeiten. Die M10 liegt direkt vor der Tür und ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Die U8 sowie der Nordbahnhof(S1/2) liegen in 8 minütiger Entfernung.
Wir sind eine 3er Wg die es mag ab und zu was zusammen zu unternehmen es aber auch mag mal jeder Zeit für sich zu verbringen. Hier leben Annika 22, die hauptberuflich Tänzerin ist und Jenni 27 die eine Ausbildung macht. Wir sind zur Zeit alle Vegetarier. Wir haben einen Putzplan und in der Wg ist Ordnung sehr wichtig.
Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
Der Vertrag wäre auf September befristet kann aber jedes Jahr verlängert werden.
