Die insgesamt etwa 32,5qm Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf zwei aneinanderliegende Zimmer (1x 20 qm, 1x 12,5) mit insgesamt 3 großen Fenstern. Die Zimmer sind quadratisch praktisch geschnitten und perfekt um den Schlafbereich vom Arbeits-/Wohnbereich zu trennen und gleichzeitig etwas abgelegen vom Rest der Wohnung zu sein. Auch wenn die Zimmer zur Straße liegen gehen sie nach Süden raus, sodass man trotz Hochparterre im Sommer Licht im Zimmer hat. Außerdem ist die Straße recht ruhig und die Fenster mit einem lichtdurchlässigen Sichtschutz ausgestattet.
ENG: The total living space of around 32,5qm is divided into two adjoining rooms (1x 20qm, 1x 12.5qm) with a total of 3 large windows. The rooms have a practical square layout and are perfect for separating the sleeping area from the working/living area and at the same time being somewhat secluded from the rest of the apartment. Even though the rooms face the street, they are south-facing, so you have light in the room in summer despite the first floor. The street is also rather quiet and the windows are fitted with visual covers.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße zwischen der Wilmersdorfer Straße und der Kaiser-Friedrich Straße.
Sowohl diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch der ÖPNV (U7, U2, Bus 109 und S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg) sind schnell und einfach zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Es gibt auch eine Auswahl an Spätis in der Nähe. Besonders schön ist, dass der Schloßpark Charlottenburg mit dem Rad nur knappe 5min entfernt ist. Weiter gibt es um den Karl-August-Platz viele nette kleine Restaurants und Kneipen und auch die Kantstraße mit vielen asiatischen Restaurants ist nicht weit.

Various supermarkets/shopping possibilities as well as public transportation (U7, U2, bus 109 and S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg) can be reached easily by foot or bike. There is also a selection of Spätis nearby. Especially nice is, that the Schloßpark Charlottenburg is only 5 minutes away by bike. There are also many nice little restaurants and pubs around Karl-August-Platz and Kantstraße with its many Asian restaurants is not far away either.
Du würdest mit David zusammenwohnen, der schon etwa 4 Jahre in der Wohnung lebt. Er ist ein sehr ordentlicher und aufgeschlossener Mensch, dessen größte Leidenschaft die Musik ist. Sei es als DJ, an der Gitarre oder beim Plattenhören, er hat immer den richtigen Soundtrack parat. Ihr teilt euch das Bad (mit 2 Waschbecken und einer Badewanne/Dusche) sowie die Küche (mit Kühl-Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler).
ENG: You would be living with David, who has been living in the apartment for about 4 years. He is a very tidy and open-minded person whose greatest passion is music. Whether it's DJing, playing the guitar or listening to records, he always has the right soundtrack ready. You share the bathroom (with 2 washbasins and a bath/shower) and the kitchen (with fridge-freezer and dishwasher).
Da David auch auf kurz oder lang aus der Wohnung ausziehen möchte und sich schon nach anderen Wohnungen umsieht, bestünde nach Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung auch die Möglichkeit, dass du dann deine eigene WG mit Freund:innen gründen könntest. Das Zusammenleben mit den Nachbar:innen ist auch ein sehr unkompliziertes und nettes.
