The dates are flexible.
You will be sharing the flat with one other person.
Accommodation offers a beautifully furnished private room on the ground floor with a shared kitchen and a bathroom.
The room is light and airy with high ceilings and well isolated windows a very pleasant garden outlook, offering absolute peace and quiet. It is furnished in classic style with a box spring bed (120×200), sofa, coffee table and armchair, and a small dedicated work table.
The kitchen is fully equipped ( no dishwasher though).
The bathroom comes with a small bathub/shower.
The rent includes internet (50mbps).
There is no no TV
The apartment is located in a quiet upmarket boulevard, yet only a 15 min walk to Boxi and a 10 min Ubahn ride to Alexandraplatz.
U Bahn and Tram are with within 3 to 6 min of walking distance.
The supermarkets within 6min walking distance.
You will be sharing the flat with another person ( a female professional working in STEM), who is chatty but happy to let you have your peace and quiet if you are not the chatty type.
