This is therefore a temporary offer, but there might be chance of prolonging to up to 2-3 months, which is still in negotiation process.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Man benötigt ca 6 min zu Fuß zum S/U Lichtenberg.
Von dort kommt man in alle Richtungen sehr schnell.
Es fahren auch viele Regionalzüge von da ab.
Der Bahnhof hat einen Edeka, der auch Sonntags geöffnet ist, was hin und wieder sehr praktisch ist.
Gleichzeitig ist es ein frei stehendes Haus in zweiter Reihe, was Sonne und Ruhe bietet.
Das muss neu etabliert werden, da die bisherigen Mitbewohner gerade umgezogen sind.
Die große Küche (wenn sie fertig ist) bietet einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum.
Theoretisch gibt es auch ein Gästesofa.
Bisher hat grundsätzlich jeder seinen Rhythmus gehabt und man traf sich abends zum Reden oder sonstige Events.
Mit der großen Küche haben wir auch ab und zu zusammen gekocht.
