Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß und hat eine große Glasfront zum WG-eigenen Hinterhof. Es ist eher lang geschnitten, wodurch der Einbauschrank an der hinteren Wand besonders viel Stauraum bietet. Diesen kannst du gern für 250 € übernehmen – das entspricht den Materialkosten für das Holz.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Rollo, mit dem es sich komplett verdunkeln lässt. Da es zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist, ist es außerdem sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ist es ein super gemütliches Zimmer – besonders im Sommer, wenn man fast draußen wohnt.
The room is about 15 m² in size and has a large glass front facing the shared backyard. It has an elongated shape, which makes the built-in wardrobe on the back wall offer plenty of storage space. You can take over the wardrobe for 250 €, which corresponds to the material cost of the wood.
The room is equipped with a roller blind that can completely darken the room. Since it faces the backyard, it is also very quiet. Overall, it's a very cozy room, especially in the summer when it feels like living almost outdoors.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Du befindest dich hier mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, am schönen Kollwitzkiez, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge Bars, Kaffees, Restaurants, Spätis etc. Der Mauerpark und Vollkspark Friedrichshain sind in 10min erreichbar zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof, daher ruhig gelegen. Gegenüber fährt direkt die Tram M2 mit welcher du innerhalb von 6 Minuten am Alex bist, also auch wieder schnell überall angebunden.
The location couldn’t be better. You are right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, near the beautiful Kollwitzkiez, with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, Spätis, and more just around the corner. Mauerpark and Volkspark Friedrichshain are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the backyard, making it very quiet. Right across the street, the M2 tram stops, which takes you to Alexanderplatz in just 6 minutes, so you're quickly connected to everything.
In der WG würdest du mit Edehem und Sven zusammenwohnen – zwei entspannte und offene Mitbewohner, mit denen das Zusammenleben richtig angenehm ist.
Edehem ist 34 Jahre alt, seit zwei Jahren in Berlin und steckt gerade in den letzten Zügen seiner Masterarbeit. Er ist spontan, gesellig und immer für eine gute Zeit zu haben – sei es ein entspannter Kochabend in der WG oder ein spontaner Drink in einer Bar. Gleichzeitig ist er rücksichtsvoll und weiß die Balance zwischen Gemeinschaft und Rückzug zu schätzen.
Sven ist 36, arbeitet im IT-Bereich und zieht im März neu in die WG ein. Er ist super unkompliziert, immer gut drauf und für gemeinsame Aktivitäten leicht zu begeistern. Mit seinem Van ist er oft unterwegs, liebt spontane Ausflüge und bringt eine positive, entspannte Energie mit. Man fühlt sich schnell wohl mit ihm, und er ist immer für gute Gespräche zu haben.
Ein besonderes Highlight der WG ist der eigene Innenhof, der gerade im Sommer zu einem echten Erholungsort wird. Er dient quasi als zusätzliches Wohnzimmer – perfekt zum Entspannen, Zusammenkommen oder einfach, um den Feierabend draußen zu genießen.
Die WG ist kein reiner Zweckverband, aber auch keine Dauer-Party-WG – hier gibt es ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches Miteinander, in dem jeder seinen Raum hat, aber man auch gerne mal zusammen Zeit verbringt.

A special highlight of the flat is the private courtyard, which becomes a real retreat, especially in the summer. It essentially serves as an extra living room – perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or just enjoying the evening outside.
The flat is not a purely functional living arrangement, but it’s also not a constant party flat – it’s a relaxed, friendly environment where everyone has their own space, but we also enjoy spending time together.
