Hi all!
We are Mara (26) and Beno (24), a couple living in Berlin Friedrichshain.
Unfortunately, our amazing roommate is moving out which is why we are looking for someone to take over her room starting in September this year.
A litte about the apartment:
The apartment is on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms - one for you and one for us. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks and a bathtub-shower combination. The spacious living room/kitchen area is a perfect space to cook, have friends over or just relax after work.
The apartment also comes fully furnished - so there is no need to bring big furniture. Decorating is of course possible!
The apartment is in an Altbau building but was completely rennovated before we moved in. Downstairs, there is a big garden which can be used by the whole building - perfect for bbq or just chilling!
About us:
I’m Mara, half dutch half german and born in italy. I finished my studies in business and am now working for an investment platform in Berlin. I love cooking, hanging out with my girls, exploring the city, traveling and reading. Always up for something fun!
Beno - fully hungarian - also finished his business studies with me last year. He is currently working as a repair person for bikes and is looking for a job in his field. He likes sewing, cooking, traveling and chatting!
What we are looking for:
An ideal roomate for us would be someone (gender does not matter) who is open, likes to socialize with us but is also very independent. The person must also be clean and tidy.
