Hallo ich bin Jule (she/ her) und Suche eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für ein gemütliches Altbau-Zimmer im Herzen von Neukölln. Das ca. 23 qm große Zimmer ist zur Südseite und daher lichtdurchflutet. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Balkon, der direkt von deinem Zimmer abgeht.
Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Tempelhofer Feld und der Hasenheide, meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Orte für ein Feierabendbier bei Sonnenuntergang oder einen Spaziergang durchs Grün. Auch der Rest von Neukölln lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Wem Neukölln noch nicht genug bietet, kommt mit der U7 und U8 eigentlich überall in Berlin hin.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Kimberly und ich leben schon seit einer Weile zusammen und haben ein sehr entspanntes und offenes Miteinander. Wir versacken gerne in unserer Küche bei angeregten Gesprächen über aktuelle Kunstausstellungen, neue Filme oder Bücher. Uns ist es besonders wichtig, dass wir in der WG so sein können, wie wir uns fühlen. Bei uns ist es sowohl in Ordnung die Zimmertür zu schließen, um etwas Ruhe für sich zu haben, als auch eine kleine Koch-Action (am liebsten vegan/ vegetarisch) mit Freund*innen und Musik zu starten. Da ich das Miteinander mit Kimberly genossen habe, freue ich mich, wenn du einen ähnlichen vibe hast, bin aber auch offen für neue Twists.
Kimberly wird nun die WG Anfang Februar verlassen. Wenn du möchtest, würde sie dir einige Möbel (z.B. das Bett) gegen einen kleinen Abschlag überlassen . Ich freue mich, wenn du eine kurze Nachricht schreibst und ein bisschen was über dich erzählst.

Hi, I'm Jule (she/ her) and I'm looking for a new roommate for a cozy room in an Altbau in the heart of Neukölln. The ~23 qm room is south-facing and therefore flooded with light. Another highlight is the balcony, which is directly accessible from your room.
The apartment is within walking distance of Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide, in my opinion one of the most beautiful places for an after-work beer at sunset or a walk. The rest of Neukölln can also be easily explored on foot. If Neukölln isn't enough for you, the U7 and U8 underground lines will take you anywhere in Berlin.
My flatmate Kimberly and I have been living together for a while now, so we have are very relaxed and open together. We like to hang out in our kitchen and have lively conversations about current art exhibitions, new films or books. It's particularly important to us that we can be who we feel we are in the shared flat. It's okay for us to close the door to our room to have some peace and quiet, but it's also okay to start a little cooking session (mostly vegan/ vegetarian) with friends and music. Since I enjoyed being with Kimberly, I'm happy if you have a similar vibe, but I'm also open to new twists.
Kimberly will be leaving the shared flat at the beginning of February. If you would like, she would let you have some furniture (e.g. the bed) for a small fee. I would be happy if you write a short message and tell me a bit about yourself.
