Dein zukünftiges WG Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat alles was man braucht. Durch die großen bodentiefen Fenster kommt viel Licht in dein Zimmer. Dies ist ideal für die vielen Pflanzen, die das Zimmer schmücken. Wenn du zumindest einen kleinen grünen Daumen hättest wäre das natürlich toll. Falls nicht ist das aber auch nicht schlimm.
Dein Kleiderschrank steht auf dem Flur, sodass er keinen Platz in deinem Zimmer wegnimmt. Falls du im Homeoffice arbeiten möchtest steht dir ein höhen verstellbarer Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer in unserer Wohnung. Das große Bad nutzen aktuell deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnenden. Das kleine Bad mit Dusche könntest du alleine nutzen.

Your future shared room is fully furnished and has everything you need. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into your room. This is ideal for the many plants that decorate the room. If you have at least a little green thumb, that would of course be great. But if not, that's not a bad thing.
Your wardrobe is in the hallway, so it doesn't take up any space in your room. If you want to work from home, you have a height-adjustable desk in the living room.
We have two bathrooms in our flat. The large bathroom is currently used by your future flatmates. You could use the small bathroom with shower on your own.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend von Berlin. In wenigen Minuten erreichst du den Spree-Spandau-Kanal und den Nordhafen.
In fußläufig Umgebung gibt es ansonsten alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Restaurant, Bars, Späti, Parks und einen Club).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 20 min den Hbf. Die U6 ist ca. 8 min entfernt, die Ringbahn (Wedding) ca. 15 min. Durch die zentrale Lage und die gute Anbindung an die Öffis erreicht man viele Teil von Berlin in relativ kurzer Zeit.

The apartment is located in a rather quiet area of Berlin. You can reach the Spree-Spandau Canal and the Nordhafen harbor in just a few minutes.
Everything else you need is within walking distance (supermarket, drugstore, restaurant, bars, Späti, parks and a club).
The apartment is very well connected to public transportation. You can reach the main station on foot in 20 minutes. The U6 is about 8 minutes away, the Ringbahn (Wedding) about 15 minutes. Due to the central location and the good public transport connections, you can reach many parts of Berlin in a relatively short time.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnenden sind Terry und Bene.
Terry arbeitet bei einer IT-Beratung und kümmert sich in ihrer Freizeit gerne um die vielen Pflanzen, die Sie überall in der Wohnung verteilt hat. Ansonsten ist sie ein sehr offener und aktiver Mensch. Sie kann gut auf Leute zugehen und kommt gerne unter Menschen.
Bene arbeitet aktuell in einer Managementberatung und jobbt nebenbei in einer Bar. Ihn kann man für alle sportlichen und kulturellen Aktivitäten begeistern.
Beide haben vor ca. einem Jahr das auflegen für sich entdeckt und feilen aktuell an ihren DJ-Skills.
Wir sind als Freunde zusammen in die WG eingezogen, d.h. wir unternehmen auch Mal etwas zusammen. Unsere WG zeichnet sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass wir die meistens Zeit im gemeinsamen Teil der Wohnung verbringen (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon). Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer und auch eine große Küche. Unsere privaten Zimmer nutzen wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und arbeiten (Homeoffice).Abends kochen wir gerne gemeinsam oder füreinander.

Your future flatmates are Terry and Bene.
Terry works for an IT consultancy and in her free time likes to look after the many plants she has scattered around the flat. Apart from that, she is a very open and active person. She is good at approaching people and enjoys socialising.
Bene currently works in a management consultancy and has a part-time job in a bar. He is enthusiastic about all kinds of sporting and cultural activities.
Both discovered DJing about a year ago and are currently honing their DJ skills.
We moved into the flat share together as friends, which means we sometimes do things together. Our flat share is characterised above all by the fact that we spend most of our time in the shared part of the flat (living room, kitchen, balcony). We have a large living room and a large kitchen. We only really use our private rooms for sleeping and working (home office) and we like to cook together or for each other in the evenings.
Wenn du Interesse an einer WG hast, mit der du etwas unternehmen und erleben kannst, dann bist du hier richtige. Du solltest Interesse am gemeinsamen wohnen haben. Natürlich macht man aber auch mal die Zimmertür zu, wenn man Ruhe braucht. Ob du studierst oder arbeitest ist egal - viel wichtiger ist, deine Art.
