Das Zimmer selbst ist 18m2 groß, aber es befindet sich in einer riesigen 120m2 Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk (traumhafte Aussicht). Du wirst mit einer anderen Person leben und Küche, das Wohnzimmer, das Bad und eine separate Toilette teilen. Hello there! I am going to Brussels for five months and am looking for someone to take over my room. The room itself is 18m2 large but it’s located in a huge 120m2 flat on the top floor (amazing views). You will live with one other person and share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. We’re looking for a calm and responsible person who will treat the contents of the flat with care.
In Friedrichshain ist alles gut angebunden:
- Das Ostkreuz mit einer Reihe von S+U Bahnen ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
- Der Ostbahnhof für Fernzüge ist 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt auch in der Nähe von Rewe, Lidl und Aldi (7 Minuten zu Fuß).

Everything's well connected in Friedrichshain:
- Ostkreuz with a bunch of metros (S+U Bahnen) is 12 minutes by foot.
- Ostbahnhof for long-distance trains is 30 minutes by foot.
The flat is also close to Rewe & Aldi (7 min by foot).
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen kompletten Satz Geschirr, Besteck usw. Dein Zimmer hat auch einen großen Bildschirm, der gut für jede Homeoffice-Situation funktioniert. Bei Bedarf kann ich Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc. zur Verfügung stellen. Wir haben auch einen Saugroboter, der sich um die superschönen Böden kümmert (man kann auf ihnen rutschen).
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist, wie viel Licht sie hat. Die Skylights und die großen Fenster sind dabei sehr hilfreich. Wenn es im Frühling sonnig wird, wirst du sicher oft auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Es gibt auch eine separate Dachterrasse, die nur für drei Wohnungen zugänglich ist (und von diesen selten genutzt wird). Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradkeller, damit es nicht gestohlen wird.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist aus Frankreich (24, F) und arbeitet in Teilzeit, während sie ihren LLM absolviert. Sie ist sehr busy, aber sie genießt die Gesellschaft in unserer kleinen Wohnung. Das bedeutet, dass du gut zu ihr passt, wenn du studierst oder bereits im Beruf bist.

The flat comes fully equipped. The kitchen has a full set of dishes, cutlery, and more. Your room also has a large screen that works well for any homeoffice situation. If needed, I can provide bed sheets, towels, etc. We also have a cleaning robot that takes care of the super nice floors (you can slide on them).
The bests aspect about the flat is how much light there is. The skylights and large windows really help here. When it starts to get sunny in the spring I'm sure you'll have lots of breakfasts on the balcony. There is also a separate roof terrace that is open to only three flats (and is rarely used by them). There is also a bike cellar, so it doesn't get stolen.
Your flatmate is from France (24, F) and she's working part-time while completing her LLM. She tends to be very busy but enjoys the company in our little home. This means that you're a good fit if you're a student or already in your job.
Insgesamt bin ich bei den Terminen flexibel. Idealerweise würdest du von März bis Ende Juli einziehen, aber ab Februar ist auch möglich. Leider ist es nicht möglich, sich hier zu melden. NK sind pauschal.
