We would like to have a trial period of 3 months to see if we all go well together. And then you could have it long term. Or you could take it for a short term also.
Our current flatmate has already moved out so if you wish to start bringing your stuff right away, you are welcome.
A private room of size 15 or 16 sqm is available just 5 mins walk from Berlin Hauptbanhof. View is unbeatable. Enjoy your dinners watching the sunset over the trees and Berlin skyline.
Fully functional kitchen with gas, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster.
You would share the flat with 2 other occupants. One (myself) is from India and one is from Iran. We are both very clean and friendly. We would both be happy to eat together some times or have a pleasant chat.
Its not a party place because we both have busy schedules and like it reasonably quiet.
We have a simple cleaning schedule and keep the house clean.
The room is bright and sunny (whenever sun comes out 😊) with south facing windows which is hard to find.
On 6th floor with elevator.
The room is fully furnished.
Rent: 600 per month
