New double layer PVC windows, 3m12 ceiling.
Possibility to host a couple for extra 100€/Month.
The view is blocked by a building in the yard, giving a bit of privacy, which is good at ground floor level, and the little space behind the window can be customized into a little Terasse if you want to enjoy direct sunlight in the summer.
The Atelier is a coworking space with around 20 artists/coworkers, plus a sound studio in the basement for musicians.
They all have access to a dedicated bathroom that is in the corridor.
We can use the Atelier as a living room in the weekends, to watch stuff or hangout.
When events happen there can be a lot of interactions with the kitchen, so you need to like to have some lively surrounding.
Ideally I am looking for someone interested in using the creative potential of the Atelier, for socializing, organizing events, doing political activism and whatnot.
The Atelier is just 3 min away from U1 Schlesisches Tor.
You need to like some degree of "alternative" lifestyle, meaning that if you're a salary person expecting permanent tranquility, it might be a bit difficult to adjust.
The flat is connected to an artist's Atelier, so there are often events & hangouts in the main Atelier room, that can interfere with the kitchen.
You can however have all the tranquility you need in your room.
I am getting farm vegetables every week, so there is a lot of cooking going on and it can be a bit messy at times.
If you're any kind of researcher or scientist or an environmental activist we should click well !
I am looking for a non smoking person (also not over-perfumed >.< ), without pets, and a female because i've been with conservative male flatmates for the last 4 years & i'm tired of it. I've been living my whole life in WG so i'm quite used to various lifestyles.
Also my girlfriend will often be there, so it's more like a 2.5person WG, plus our possibly frequent guests using a guestbed on a platform in the corridor. You can also host as many guests as you want, as long as it fits somewhere :)
You can hang your bike either in the yard or inside on a hook at the flat entrance door.
There is no gas heating but electric oil radiator, which works perfectly fine.
Also in the winter there is a nice wood stove in the kitchen, making it quite warm & cosy.
There is a small "guest room", a platform in the corridor with a comfortable two-person mattress where its possible to stay for short durations.
Like from beginning of December to Dec 15th, if that helps !
