Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Kulturbrauerei gelegen. Sie hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Strassenbahn und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 min zu Fuss).
Das Ambiente der Wohngegend ist belebt und vielseitig. Man kann in Kneipen, Bars, Kino ausgehen, oder auch im nahe gelegenen Mauerpark das pralle Leben geniessen. Ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht. Der Kollwitzplatz mit seinem kleinen Park lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Sommer kann man dort auf dem Rasen liegen und dem Treiben von Jung und Alt, von Musikern und anderen Künstlern zu sehen. Am Samstag ist Markt, der zum Schlendern und Einkaufen einlädt.
The apartment is located near the Kulturbrauerei. It has very good transport connections with trams and subways in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes on foot).
The ambience of the residential area is lively and diverse. You can go out in pubs, bars, cinemas, or even enjoy the bustling life in the nearby Mauerpark. A large grocery store can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Kollwitzplatz with its small park invites you to linger. In summer you can lie there on the lawn and watch the hustle and bustle of young and old, musicians and other artists. On Saturday there is a market that invites you to stroll and shop.

We are looking for an honest and communicative new roommate for a shared apartment with a mixed age structure for our 3-room apartment. We want shared life to be happy, tolerant, friendly, but also binding and trusting. Activities together would be nice.
