Hi everyone :) I am subletting my very comfortable and well located room available from now till first week of November.

The room is fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, table, chair, cupboards. It's cosy, quiet, probably around 15m2.
Windows are to the east side, so in the morning there is nice and sunny. View from the window is to the parking and school, so you don't really hear the street noises and can sleep at night in peace even with the windows open.

You can see in the pictures how it looks exactly :)

The flat is well located - 4 minutes walk from
* the tram station M13/M16/M21: Möllendorffstr./Storkower Str. or tram station: M8 Roederplatz
* the nearest S-Bahn is: Storkower Str. (15 mins walk/5 minute by bus) or Frankfurter Allee (20 mins walk/8 mins by tram).

2 minutes walk are 2 supermarkets - Rewe and Lidl.

The flat is located in the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. The area is safe, not too loud, there is a school nearby.

You will share the flat with two super nice girls. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with them. We have also a small common area (living room situation) to hang out. We respect our privacy, care for the cleanliness of the common spaces but also like to talk and hang out / cook together if we feel like it! :))

I am subletting my room from now on for around a month. I can be slightly flexible with the move in/move out dates if you need it.

Unfortunately the Anmeldung will not be possible.
Smoking in the room is not allowed!

I am looking for a tidy, calm, easy going person :))
