Hallöchen! & welcome to our new WG. We're in the middle of renovating this three storey house with a garden to transform it into a WG living concept. The vision is to build up a colourful and mixed community and enjoy the balance of living in a house with a garden, within the busy city of Berlin.
Some things you should know about the house:

> large shared living room & 2 kitchen
> the rooms available are 6 spacious bedrooms with lots of light (within Berlin standards;) in the ground and first floor, as well as 2 bedrooms in the basement

We are 2 brothers with some experience in hospitality business (Rudy is running a hotel in Wolfsburg) looking to build up a home vibe from scratch.

The house is located in a residential area at the border of Lichtenberg/Friedrichshain. The closest U-Bahn Station is Magdalenenstraße at the Frankfurter Allee - 15 min walking.
Here you have the opportunity to get to know many different people. In the house you will not only find a place to sleep but also a place to get to know each other and spend time together. If you are open to new people, then you will feel very comfortable here. Since we are just in the starting phase of bringing the WG together, we can let you know more about the individual people later.
