The flat is very close to Bundesplatz and super well connected to public transport, located in a nice, clean and quiet street with a supermarket right in front of the house.
The room is 13SQ (because the bed is elevated) and points towards the big courtyard (its always super quiet) where you can also park and lock your bike. You will be living with 2 roommates: the very friendly landlord who owns a cute dog called Jimmy (you must be okay with dogs) and a lovely queer guy who is a tatoo artist. Both very sweet and respectful and always up for a chat at the kitchen table. There’s a bathroom with a bathtub and a shared kitchen. Everything is available (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils.. etc). The room is furnished it includes shelves, a desk and a closet (and a mattress if you need one). The rent is for 550 and caution is a month a half rent. Everything included, long term and Anmeldung available.
