Due to travels there is a room available in our super cute flat from October 10th.
The sublet is at least for 5 months but can likely be extended to 9 months. I'm still looking for a new flatmate for that time!

 Your room is about 14qm in size, it's relatively quiet because it is facing the backside of the house, with lots of sunlight and a tree in front of your window. There is already some furniture that you can use :)

The flat is 70qm in total. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a living room and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. We have a spacious shared wardrobe in the hallway, where you will find space for your clothes also.

The closest U-Bahn station is U-Samariterstraße (approx. 5min by foot), S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz can be reached in 15mins by foot.

You would live with me, Alex (all/no pronouns).
I work as a graphic designer and do awareness work in clubs and at festivals on the side. Apart from that, I love to paint, I am currently learning the piano (which you can also use that if you'd like), like to go to the cinema and spend time with friends.
I'm always happy to spend evenings together, cook for each other, get lost in conversation or go on another kind of adventure, but I also need space and time to myself from time to time.
For me its really important to create an open, loving home where everyone feels comfortable with each other and which is a safe, non-discriminatory space! :)  Open und non-violent communication is really important to me.

In my current flatshare everything works without any cleaning schedules and the like. But I am open to create a schedule if that is important to you.
I also love to share my food and cook (vegan) for everyone when I am cooking.
