Ich biete ein möbliertes, helles, ruhiges 22qm Zimmer mit Ostausrichtung und tollem Ausblick in meiner WG ab 1.10.24. (früher einziehen ab dem 21.9. möglich) an. Die Wohnung liegt im DG ohne Aufzug und ist 130qm groß. Es gibt einen großen, grünen Balkon, Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche und zwei Bäder. Alle nötige Einrichtung befindet sich in der Wohnung und darf mitbenutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist befristet auf 3 Monate, evtl. kann verlängert werden. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

I am offering a furnished, bright, quiet 22sqm room with an east orientation and a great view in my shared apartment from October 1st, 2024 (earliest move in would be 21.9.). The apartment is on the top floor without an elevator and is 130 square meters. There is a large, green balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. All necessary furnishings are in the apartment and can be used. The room is limited to 3 months, possibly can be extended. Unfortunately, registration is not possible.

In 7 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station Schlesisches Tor. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind zahlreich vorhanden. DM und Lidl sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Markthalle 9 in ca. 10 Minuten.

Ich suche eine liebe, nichtrauchende Person ab 20 Jahren (all genders welcome) zum entspannten Zusammenwohnen. Eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind mir wichtig.
Ausufernde Parties mit Drogen oder Lärm in der WG möchte ich nicht, auch wenn das in dem Stadtteil quasi normal ist ;) Tiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt.

Du solltest berufstätig sein und ein geregeltes Leben führen. Ich bin auch voll berufstätig, in den Dreißigern und wünsche mir besonders unter der Woche ein Zuhause in dem wir uns ausruhen können und jeder sich beliebig zurückziehen kann. Übernachtungsbesuch für mehrere Tage ist nach Absprache möglich.

Ich habe immer mal wieder Freund*innen zum Kochen oder für Spieleabende da und du darfst dich gerne anschließen; ist aber absolut kein Muss. Auch zusammen kochen können wir gerne, wenn du darauf auch Lust hast. Ich backe regelmäßig und habe immer frisches Brot da :).

I'm looking for a lovely, non-smoking person aged 20 or over (all genders welcome) to live together in a relaxed manner. A certain order and cleanliness as well as a sense of responsibility are important to me.
I don't want excessive parties with drugs or noise in the shared apartment, even if that's pretty much normal in the area ;) Unfortunately, animals and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

You should be employed and lead a regular life. I also work full-time, am in my thirties and would like to have a home, especially during the week, where we can relax and everyone can retreat as they please. Overnight visits for several days are easily possible upon arrangement.

I always have friends over for cooking or game nights and you are welcome to join us; but it is absolutely not a must. We can also cook together if you feel like it too. I bake regularly and always have fresh bread in the house:).

Kaution ist 2000 Euro. Ggf. kann die Mietdauer bei Bedarf verlängert werden. Online-Besichtigung ist prinzipiell möglich; für die Schlüsselübergabe müsstest du natürlich vorbeikommen ;). Neu Zugezogene sind auch willkommen! Wenn du sehr introvertiert bist macht das auch nichts, meine friends sind alle intros.
Das Zimmer ist theoretisch ab dem 21.9. frei, falls du früher als 1. Oktober einziehen musst.

Deposit is 2000 euros. If necessary, the rental period can be extended. Online viewing is possible but you would have to come over to get the keys irl ;). Berlin newcomers are also welcome! If you're very introverted, it doesn't matter, my friends are all introverts.
The room is theoretically available from September 21st in case you'll need to move in earlier than October 1st.
