Hello!
I’m moving out of my lovely shared flat in Reinickendorf, and we’re looking for someone to move in soon—ideally around November 1st, but the exact date is flexible.

About the Flat:
The room is a bright and cozy 17m² space, perfect for relaxing and working. It will be handed over unfurnished, as I’m taking my furniture to my new place. The flat includes a small but fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials—fridge, washer, oven, dishes, and cooking utensils.

The bathroom is modern and has a window.

There’s an additional charge of €800 for the kitchen handover.

The flat is connected by public transport a few stops from the U8, or just a 15-minute bus ride to the U6. A Netto and Edeka are only a 5-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is calm and peaceful. By 2025, the U6 renovation will be complete, making Holzhauserstrasse station even more convenient.

Your Future Flatmate:
You’ll be living with Prashansa, who is a kind, easy-going, and warm person. She mostly works from home and loves cooking and baking—if you’re lucky, you might get to taste her delicious food!

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a female flatmate between the ages of 25-29, preferably who is already working but students also works. Since Prashansa’s German is limited, we’re looking for someone who speaks English.
