I'm going outside Germany for one month/31 days and am looking for someone who would like to sublet my apartment during this time ! We have an incredible apartment in the best neighborhoods in the city - namely Prenzlauer Berg!
My roommate's name is Flavia Lopes .
The apartment is super super bright ☀️ and has lots of space and plants (plants are vital)!
You get a key and can come and go whenever you want. There are mainly no restrictions other than breaking things and making the place excessively dirty!
The rent is 1000 euros for 31 days, which is really a bargain :)

Ich reise für 25 tage und suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit untervermieten möchte ! Wir haben eine unglaubliche Wohnung in den besten Vierteln der Stadt - nämlich Prenzlauer Berg! Meine Mitbewohner heißt Flavia Lopes.
Die Wohnung ist super super hell ☀️ und hat viel Platz und Pflanzen (Pflanzen sind lebenswichtig)!
Du bekommst einen Schlüssel und kannst kommen und gehen, wann immer du willst. Es gibt im Wesentlichen keine Einschränkungen außer kaputten Dingen und übermäßiger Verschmutzung!
Die Miete beträgt 1000 Euro für 31 Tage, was wirklich ein Schnäppchen ist :) Wenn du Fragen hast, schreib mir einfach eine Direktnachricht!
